This policy explains what data UGCPoster collects on ugcposter.com and in the app at app.ugcposter.com, why, and who helps us process it.
Who we are. UGCPoster is run by Ex Nihilo Development, based in Albania. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you visit ugcposter.com
- Usage analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolls, anonymized session replays) so we can improve them. Clarity runs with cookies turned off.
- Free tools. What you type into a free tool (for example the hook generator) is sent to OpenAI to generate the result and returned to you. We don’t store it.
- Abuse protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a free-tool request comes from a real browser. To rate-limit the free tools we store a salted, one-way hash of your IP address, never the IP itself. Expired rate-limit records are deleted automatically.
- The calculator, rate card and account name tools run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type there is sent to us.
- Surveys. Survey answers (like your rates or hours) are stored anonymously, without your name, email or IP address, and published only as totals and averages.
- UGC job alerts. If you sign up for the weekly UGC jobs email, we store your email address, the categories you picked and the page you signed up on. Resend delivers the confirmation email and the weekly email. Every email has an unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe we keep your address marked as unsubscribed so we never email you again; email us to delete it completely.
- UGC jobs submissions. When you list an app, claim a listing or report a correction, we store what you send and your email address so we can reply. We check every submission by hand.
- Clicks to brands. When you click from a UGC jobs listing to a brand’s application page, website or app store page, we add one to that listing’s daily click count. The count isn’t linked to you; to count each visitor once a day we use the same salted IP hash as above.
- Where sign-ups come from. When you click from ugcposter.com into the app, the link carries the page you first landed on and the site that sent you (for example a search engine). If you then create an account, we store that once with your account so we know which pages help people. No cookies are used for this.
When you use the app
- Account. Your email address and name from Google sign-in.
- Your media. Clips and demos you upload, the descriptions generated for them, your templates, hooks, captions and rendered videos.
- Connected accounts. The IDs of the TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts you connect, and the status of each post. The access tokens for those accounts are held by our posting provider (Post For Me), not by us.
- Billing. Your plan, credit balance and credit history. Payment details are handled by Polar; we never see your card.
Why we use it
To run the service you signed up for (making and posting your videos), to bill you, to keep the free tools available and protected from abuse, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for advertising.

Videos you choose to publish are sent to the platforms you post to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and are then covered by their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
Account data, media and generated videos are kept while your account is open. Email us to close your account and we delete your account data and media. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll handle it. You can disconnect a social account in the app at any time.
UGCPoster is for adults running creator businesses. It isn’t directed at children.
